Human Resources Department

 

The Human Resources Department manages and coordinates the administrative operations of the Ministry of Defense.


Responsibilities of the HR Department:

1. Establishing and implementing human resource recruitment policies

2. Enhancing the effectiveness of services and ensuring the satisfaction of employees

3. Providing services to MoD emissaries and attachés abroad

4. Tailoring career paths with upward mobility for MoD employees

5. Investing in professional training and development

6. Assisting employees in their transitions into retirement

 

These activities are divided among the following units:

Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Civilian Employees of the IDF, Training Unit, Constultants and External Advisors, Planning and Development, Administration and Personnel Abroad.
